That’s three time UCI Fourcross World Champion Michal Prokop, from Czechoslovakia. In 2012 Red Bull flew Michal to the UK just so that he could compete in the Frome Cobble Wobble. Yes really.

(Oh and he did win, with a time of 22.966 seconds in the wet!)
